The Venom 2 products have a standard preset run time of 15 minutes per session. If your device shuts off after 15 minutes of use this is normal and not a battery issue. To perform a factory reset, please hold only the power button down for 10 seconds. The LED light will blink one time yellow and then turn off. Please wait until the yellow LED light comes back on for the complete reset.
